On Saturday, April 12, former Wapello Senior High School standout Serah Shafer’s current college team, the Upper Iowa Peacocks, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Maryville Saints.

The game took place at Maryville Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Saints this season.

The Peacocks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Eischeid Softball Complex against UIS Prairie Stars.
