On Tuesday, April 8, former Fairfield High School standout Nate Smithburg’s current college team, the Oklahoma Sooners, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots.

The game took place at L. Dale Mitchell Park. This was their second matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Sooners’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 7 p.m. at L. Dale Mitchell Park against Vanderbilt Commodores.
