Wapello Senior High School standout Tatum Wolford’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, Feb. 23

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Wapello Senior High School standout Tatum Wolford’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.

The game took place at Jim Frost Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redhawks this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 11:30 a.m. at Jim Frost Stadium against Lamar Lady Cardinals.
