Description:
Community member and local author Charles Borden will present the background of Iowa's historic agricultural relationship with the Soviet Union, and subsequently, after the breakup of the USSR, with Russia and Ukraine.
The presentation will be approximately 30 minutes with additional time for Q&A and discussion.
