City of Burlington issued the following announcement on March 4.
Burlington Municipal Waterworks announced today that beginning at 8am Monday, March 7 and ending on Friday, March 11th, a fire hydrant will be replaced at 826 Jefferson St. They will also be working on a main valve at 703 Jefferson St. All businesses in this area will still have access to their buildings and parking.
Traffic will be guided by traffic cones and signs. All work is weather permitting and all motorists are advised to watch for equipment and men working in the area.
