City of Franklin recently issued the following announcement.
Please contact the Franklin County Assessor's office to report any damage that was done to your property during the recent storms. It is the duty of the Assessor's office to value property as of January 1, 2022. If any buildings or dwellings have been damaged or destroyed we will need to update our property records for the 2022 Assessment year.
It would be impossible for our office to find all damage so your assistance in reporting damage is very helpful.
