Henry County issued the following announcement.

• Provide the Henry County Recorder’s Office with Driver’s License proof of current registration proof of current insurance on the machine. 
• The Recorder’s office will have the owner fill out a permit application before the county permit will be issued to the owner. 
• Cost $55 for the permit for July 1, 2021 – December 31, 2022 This ordinance is for ATV/UTV on Henry County roads only. 

This ordinance does not supersede any other county or city ordinance for ATV/UTV us on roadways.
