Van Buren County Hospital and Rural Health Clinics issued the following announcement.
Van Buren County Hospital and Clinics will offer free sports physicals again this year!
All Van Buren Athletes, who attend Van Buren County Community School
District, are eligible to receive a free physical.
Date: Thursday, July 29th
Time: 12:30 pm—6:30 pm
Location:
VBCH Community Center
(Brick building north of hospital, above VBCH Daycare)
If a parent is not going to be present at the time of the physical, all forms must be completed and signed, including the Parent Consent Form, before the student will be seen.
Appointments are highly recommended. We will take walk-ins, but there could be a longer wait time.
