City of Fort Madison issued the following announcement on Dec. 23.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Fort Madison City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at the Council Chambers of Fort Madison City Hall at 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison regarding a request to rezone property at 2110 – 303rd Avenue from R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, to I-2, General Industrial District.
This meeting will be held electronically (pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.8) because a meeting in person is impossible or impractical for the health and safety of City Council, staff and the public presented by COVID-19.
