CITY OF FORT MADISON: City to hold Public Hearing Concerning Rezoning

City of Fort Madison issued the following announcement on Dec. 23. 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Fort Madison City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at the Council Chambers of Fort Madison City Hall at 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison regarding a request to rezone property at 2110 – 303rd Avenue from R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, to I-2, General Industrial District.

This meeting will be held electronically (pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.8) because a meeting in person is impossible or impractical for the health and safety of City Council, staff and the public presented by COVID-19. You can participate in this meeting and can comment on an agenda item by joining the Zoom meeting. Using your telephone, dial (312) 626 6799 and enter the meeting ID 854 1072 6901.
