City of Fort Madison issued the following announcement on July 24.
The Fort Madison Cemetery Department will begin Clean Up at Sacred Heart, Elmwood, Oakland & City Cemeteries on Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21, 2020. ALL items must be removed from the gravesites before Monday, August 17. Any items left will be disposed of during cemetery cleanup. No items are to be placed on the graves until Monday, August 24, 2020.
