City of Fort Madison issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
The vouchers are portable and families can reside in any location served by the Housing Authority.
Rent is based upon the qualified person’s ability to pay after a review of income, assets and expenses. The family and the property owner can negotiate terms for appliances, utilities, pets
