City of Burlington issued the following announcement on Jan. 2.
The Public Works Department announced today that starting Monday, January 6, 2020 the Locust Basin Sewer Separation Project will be impacting traffic in new locations (see attached map).
• 4th Street from Locust Street to Pine Street will be open for use.
• Locust Street from 5th Street to 6th Street will be open for use.
• 5th Street from Locust Street to Pine Street will be closed for construction.
• High 3rd Street from Locust Street to Cedar Street.
Construction on 3rd and 5th in these locations is expected to last 1-2 months depending on weather.
