City of Keokuk issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
The draft copy of the FY 2021 - FY 2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is available for review at the City Office, 601 Main St; Keokuk Public Library; and on line at 
https://www.cityofkeokuk.org/…/fi…/capital-improvement-plan/.
The CIP lays out the city's proposed capital projects and purchases for the next five years while also projecting revenues, operational expenses, and fund balances to insure that project/purchases can be completed while maintaining operational and financial obligations.
