City of Fairfield issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.
Congratulations to Scott Connlley on his retirement from the City of Fairfield Wastewater Department. We appreciate all the crap you've dealt with over the years. A public open house will be held on Tuesday, December 17th from 2-3:30 PM at Fairfield City Hall.
Hope the Clubs do better in your retirement than they have in your 10 years with the City.
